Refund and Returns Policy

At Best Care Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. After checking the product, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be made through the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

We do not accept returns for used or opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
